Questo modello rappresenta un laboratorio di panificazione del 1880 in perfetto stile vittoriano. È modulare e si estende su 4 piani; nella parte bassa ci sono i magazzini per stoccare le materie prime, salendo si trovano i laboratori per la produzione del pane e nei livelli più alti ci sono delle vere e proprie dimore accoglienti con tanto di camino, letti e perfino un ampio terrazzo.
